We are the only company in the world that can undertake grinding of all make & models of engine crankshaft even while sailing the vessel.

We have recently undertaken grinding of Sulzer 6ZAL 40S engine crankshaft having a standard diameter of crankpin 350 mm on board a vessel at Lagos Port, Nigeria. The one-number of crankpin has been undersized by 3.0 mm, and all the tolerances have been maintained as per the manufacturer’s recommendation.
