RA Power Solutions Services:
- Crankshaft grinding and polishing: Our present capacity of crankshaft grinding & polishing is up to 700 mm in diameter. The small-diameter crankpin from 30 mm dia.
Onwards can also be repaired.
- Main journal and crankpin bearing: Standard and undersize bearings of popular engine makes are kept in stock to avoid delays in commissioning the engine after grinding.
- Crack repair services: We undertake the repair of damaged & cracked engine components of cast steel, bronze, and aluminum by the metal locking and metal stitching process.
- Rebabbitting of bearings: We undertake rebabbitting of old bearings up to 1500 mm in diameter. New bearings, as per the drawing, are also manufactured.
- Engine overhauling services: A team of engineers trained in reputed engine manufacturer plants like Wärtsilä, Caterpillar, Cummins, Mirrlees Blackstone, etc., is available for overhauling, repair, and shifting of engines.
- Engine spares: Engine spares of different makes are available in stock or arranged through our associates based all over the world.
